


- Ingredients: BLEND ( not to liquify but to chop veggies into small pieces)
- 2 cup water ,
- 1 large onion chopped ,
- 1 1/2 cup chopped mushroom,
- 2 medium carrots chopped,
- 1 medium sweet pepper,
- 3 large cloves of garlic crushed,
- 1/2 cup nutritional yeast,
- 1/4 Braggs liquid Aminos or Soy Sauce or vegetable broth
- 1 tablespoon Tahini
- 1tablespoon Olive oil
- 2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground sage
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- Follow directions with the following ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup bulgar ( soaked and drained)
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 cup walnut chopped and roasted in air fryer about 4 minutes
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup gluten flour
Directions
- Pour blended ingredients on bulgar in a pot and cook for about 7 minutes until liquid has almost dried out
- Add the walnut and bread crumbs
- mix the gluten and whole wheat flour until evenly distributed
- add gluten flour mix to the mixture and mix in well
- pour in a greased baking tin and flatten mixture until smooth and compact.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for about 55 minutes
- Make a topping with ketchup, olive oil, soy sauce, onion and garlic powder and baste the top and bake for another 5 minutes.
- Take out and cool before cutting.
- Gravy ( add the cornstarch after the mixture start boiling to thicken. Slow cook for about 5 minutes)
- 1 tablespoon of Better than Bouillon vegetable base.
- 1 teaspoon gravy master
- onion and garlic powder to taste
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil.
Eating healthy is not easy at all. Would try this recipe, though. Thank you for educating us to be healthy and find balance.
