Smoothies are one of my favorite things to give me a quick and easy nutrient-packed meal. There are so many single fruits, vegetables, or combinations that can be used to create delightful smoothies, it is truly difficult to list them all here. From the refreshing taste of a classic strawberry-banana blend to the vibrant mix of spinach and mango, the possibilities are endless. Additionally, I am excited to share a “Big Book of Green Smoothies” by Robyn Openshaw, that features a plethora of recipes tailored for different tastes and nutritional needs.
